Blossoms Professionals  support and empower persons with disabilities to achieve their life goals.

Blossom's Professionals work one-on-one with each individual, providing guidance and direction based on each person's needs. Together we identify resources and decide on the support needed through Independent Living Services,  or Tailored Day Services.
